Reciprocity and Sustainability in Professional Design

AIGA Portland presents the fall edition of the Green Salon Meetup as part of the New Communicators event series. Stacy Westbrook, a previous presenter at AIGA Portland’s SHIFT event, will lead a discussion about how designers can change the way they think about their work to create more sustainable business solutions and client relationships.

While we all strive to create a more sustainable present and future by changing our personal habits, how can we make our work and relationships with clients more sustainable? How does reciprocity – the act of responding in kind – influence and encourage sustainability in our professional work? How can our relationships with clients influence their business for the better and improve their practices? Come prepared to have a lively discussion!
